since it's on wikipedia, then the situation is a little different than it would be on j.random.wiki, since there already exist neutral point of view protocols and procedures for locking disputed pages, etc. i suggest you read up on those.

but i wonder... you say he engages in "minor editing changes"-- does that mean this human is just making stylistic changes? if so, unless the human is a poor writer, is it really a big deal? it might be, but i can also imagine that y'all just have different writing styles/tastes. one of the things that is important about collaborative production is that individuals need to try really hard to avoid being over-protective of their contributions. sometimes one simply has to let go.

on the other hand, if this human is changing facts/content in articles (which, imho, is not a minor editing change), that is a big problem. make sure that YOUR stuff is as close to NPOV as possible, and--i cannot stress this enough-- if you make a factual claim *cite your sources*.
